Staff was knowledgeable and affable despite our late arrival. We could enjoy views of the mountain. We loved the venue and its beautiful and magnificent setting.

Rooms were really cramped.

The apartments at Apartaments Giberga in La Massana were amazing! The room was so spacious and cozy, making me feel right at home. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances made it easy to cook my own meals.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the heated feature in the apartments.

Its location was stunning, 3 miles from Rock. Staff were helpful and welcoming and very quick with replies.

Nice accommodation with views on the mountains, thoroughly enjoyed it. Free parking was available, the staff was welcoming. The setting was particularly good and stunning.

Tbh, the room was very cramped.

This family-friendly apartment is ideally located for those looking to hit the slopes. Just a short distance from the gondola, it offers quick access to the ski resort. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a well-stocked kitchen for self-catering. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering discounts on ski hire and lift passes. In addition, there are a playground and swimming pool on-site, perfect for entertaining the kids.

Some noise can be heard from the plumbing and surrounding farming areas at night.

Nice quiet location. Family friendly. Plenty of activities for kids. Apartments were spacious and value for money.Friendly staff who tried their best to understand us. Restaurant had a good choice of meals and the buffet was good value for money.

No shop on site to buy essentials like bread, milk etc. Restaurants and bar closed at 8 o' clock. No parasols available by the sun loungers and at times it was very hot during our stay!

We had very very good stay on winter time!!

It had comfortable bed, views of the mountains. The bathroom was great and excellent here. It was located in a very very nice area close to everything. Outstandingly helpful staff and owner, they treated us like family.

The apartments at Apartaments Giberga are so cozy and welcoming. The living room is spacious and perfect for family hangouts. We loved watching movies on the flat-screen TV and cooking meals in the well-equipped kitchen. It really felt like a home away from home.

The only thing we didn't love was the electric hob in the kitchen. It took a bit longer to cook our meals, but hey, it's just a personal preference.

Nothing at all!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was very clean and smelled wonderful. The staff provided a water and food bowl for my dog, which was very thoughtful. The soft pillow and comfy mattress in the apartment were loved by my wife. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and their bunk beds. The mountain view from the hotel was perfect and added to the overall experience. Checking in and out was a breeze, making our stay even more convenient. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, including shopping malls and the main city center. There are also plenty of restaurants in the local central area, which is just a short distance away.

Couldn't fault.

Very friendly staff, but some communication issues as my french and spanish is not very good and many of the staff had no english. Facilities excellent, lovely pool and wonderful outdoor play area for children and adults alike. Didn't really get to do anything of the indoor play area as weather was too good to stay inside. Easy access to local villages and towns, beautiful walks and reliable bus service for longer journeys. Disappointed by lack of oven in apartment but I understand that some appartments did have them - luck of the draw I guess. Excellent food in bar and very good value.

Four flights of stairs to the apartment but to be fair we did know about this before we arrived!!
